An exciting opportunity for children and young adults living in Spelthorne and Surrey between the ages of 6 & 19 to get creative and submit a poem based on any one of the 14 pieces of Contemporary Textile Art selected from the acclaimed Diana Springall Textile collection. Choose your favourite piece within your age range and one that inspires you. Study it and write a poem about your experience when looking at the art piece.

The Competition and how to enter:

Winning entries for each age group and art piece will form an integral part of the Diana Springall 'The poetry of Stitch' exhibition at The Sunbury
